To tie in with the award winning animated short Namoo, this book was created that highlighted the film making process and art that went into creating the short.

Using the art and story of Namoo, I used the theme of the short film to tell the story of making the film. Using the seasons of life to connect to the development cycles in movie making.

Leveraging the artwork and designs to form the basis of the backgrounds, textures and layout of the book. Often having to extend production artwork.

The simple clean design of the film, was the basis for the design of the art of book.

Working closely with the movie's filmmakers to ensure all art and quotes were conveying the correct message for both the director's vision and the marketing needs.
